1) DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
This document takes into account the directives that, following the 2018 GDPR, were issued with the Legislative Decree. 101/2018 and which concern the protection of personal data and their online collection.
This information is provided exclusively for our website (https://www.normadec.com/) and does not concern other websites that may be consulted by the user and reachable via a link on the Normadec spa website.

2) DATA: COLLECTION AND PROCESSING METHODS
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided, collected through the forms (information request forms, documentation and information material and quotes) present on our website, are exclusively those that the user decides to send us, consenting to their use by Normadec spa when you select the send button at the end of each form.
The data thus collected will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested.
Personal data are processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to them.
3) USER RIGHTS
Right of access
The user will be able to obtain confirmation from Normadec as to whether or not their Personal Data is being processed. If so, he will be able to obtain all the information required by the art. 15 of the Regulation, including, by way of example: the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data processed etc...
Data transmission to other countries and international organizations
Normadec spa declares that it will not transmit the data collected outside Italy in any way.
Right of rectification
The User will be able to obtain from Normadec spa the rectification of your Personal Data should you become aware of their incorrectness as well as the integration of the same, if they are incomplete, by providing a specific declaration.
Right to erasure
The User may obtain the deletion of his Personal Data at any time by contacting Normadec spa.
It will not be necessary to specify any reasons.
Normadec spa only informs that the complete deletion of the User's Personal Data is prevented solely by the presence of any ongoing dispute between the Data Controller (Normadec precisely) and the User himself. If still necessary, the Personal Data will be permanently deleted immediately after the dispute has been exhausted.
Right to restriction of processing
The User may obtain the limitation of the processing of his Personal Data if one of the hypotheses provided for by the art. 18 of the Regulation, including, for example: in the event of a dispute regarding the accuracy of the Personal Data being processed or if the Personal Data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of one's own right, even if ' Normadec no longer needs it for the purposes of treatment.
Right to data portability
The collection and processing of Personal Data on the Normadec website is based on the consent given by the User (see previous point 2). If they (the Data) are necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, the User may:
- request to receive Personal Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device (example: computer and/or tablet);
- allow Normadec spa (Normadec) to transmit the Personal Data to another subject who will become a further Data Controller
Right of opposition
The User may object at any time to the processing of his Personal Data if the processing is carried out for the execution of an activity of public interest. Should you decide to exercise the right of opposition described here, Normadec spa will refrain from further processing your Data.
This is without prejudice to the case in which the processing of Personal Data is necessary to ascertain any dispute situation.
Right to Complaint
If the User believes that the processing of his Personal Data by Normadec spa occurs in violation of the European Regulation or of the applicable law, he may lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it)
